COVID – TEMPORARY RETURNS POLICY
In line with government guidelines, all returns must be
closely monitored and kept in quarantine for a period of
72 hours for the health and safety of our customers
and staff. For this reason, we have introduced a
temporary returns policy. This is a strict policy and must
be adhered too. Thank you so much for your ongoing
understanding and support!
ALL ONLINE PURCHASES MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO OUR
HQ ADDRESS which can be found on your invoice/below.
We can not accept online purchases in store. This will be reviewed
on a regular basis.
CLICK AND COLLECT IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED UNTIL
CLOSED CHANGING ROOMS POLICY – As a result of our
temporary closure of changing rooms – we will accept returns bought
in store for a full refund within 14 days. As a small business, if you
would prefer in store/online credit…please let us know at point of
return! All of your support is SO appreciated! 🙂
STORE COLLECTIONS – Returns policy applies from the date of your ‘READY TO COLLECT’ email notification. If you are unable to come into store within the first 14 days, please be aware that we can only offer an exchange 14-28 days from your ‘READY TO COLLECT’ email date. If you are unable to collect your order the first 14 days and would still like a refund as an option, we suggest opting for home delivery.
Not loving your #RWB purchase? No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days for a refund.
Should you return your item after this time frame, you will only be eligible for a credit note. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual order basis.
Items can be returned up to 28 days after purchase date. However, this will be for exchange or credit note only.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.
Jewellery/face masks cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Cost to return your purchase will unfortunately not be refunded. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked back to our #RWB Team. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return and refund. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know within 7 days.
You have the right to cancel your online order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this timeframe via email – email@example.com
FAULTY GOODS – Where an item is found to be faulty, you will have the choice of a full refund/exchange/repair. Faulty goods returned after 30 days – a replacement/repair will be given in the first instance.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
That’s easy! Just pop your invoice in your parcel. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your contact number and name. Please return your items to:

PLEASE NOTE – Our postage costs are based on a shipping weight of 1kg. If a shipment weighs considerably more than this, we may request extra postage.
We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us.
